1. Service Object

Atilebarts provides digital infrastructure and software tools (Noutala, Meridian, Axis) intended for creators and cultural institutions. This site (atilebarts.com) serves as an information point, documentation, and access portal to these decentralized services.

2. Intellectual Property

Site Content: All graphic, textual, software elements, and site architecture are the exclusive property of Atilebart Group SARL, unless otherwise stated (works of cited artists).

Your Data: In accordance with our sovereignty philosophy, you remain the sole owner of the data and works you manage via our tools (Noutala). Atilebarts claims no ownership rights over your creation.

3. Responsibility & Blockchain

The user acknowledges that Atilebarts services interact with public Blockchain networks.

• Irreversibility: Transactions confirmed on the blockchain are irreversible. Atilebarts cannot be held responsible for transaction errors (e.g., sending to the wrong address).
• Private Keys: You are the sole guardian of your Private Keys or Seed Phrases. Loss of this access results in permanent loss of your digital assets. Atilebarts cannot restore this access.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep the system operational 24/7. However, we cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to technical maintenance, network failures (internet or blockchain), or force majeure.

5. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Benin. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cotonou.
