Data Protection Policy
Last update: December 20, 2024
The Atilebarts system is designed according to the principle of Data Minimization (Privacy by Design). As sovereign infrastructure, we only collect information strictly necessary for service operation.
1. Stateless Architecture & Sovereignty
The showcase site (The Mothership) operates on a 'Stateless' architecture. This means we do not maintain a centralized user database for simple site consultation. No account is required to access public information, chronicles, or system documentation.
2. Collected Data
We collect the following data only when you voluntarily interact with our services:
- Contact Forms (Liaison): Information (Name, Email, Message) sent via our contact channels is transmitted via secure email protocols and is only retained for the time of request processing.
- Technical Data (Logs): For security and maintenance purposes, our host (Vercel Inc.) may temporarily collect your IP address and browsing data (User-Agent). These logs are automatically purged.
- Local Preferences: We use your browser's LocalStorage to keep your preferences (e.g., cookie acceptance, display mode). This data never leaves your device.
3. Cookies & Trackers
We use a limited number of cookies, strictly limited to:
- Performance & Analytics (Vercel Analytics): We collect anonymized metrics to understand site usage. No personally identifiable information (PII) is associated with these statistics.
- Functional Cookies: Necessary for technical session maintenance and security.
4. The Blockchain Layer (Noutita)
Important Note on Immutability
Any interaction with our Smart Contracts on the blockchain (e.g., Minting on Noutala, Registration on Meridian) is public and irreversible by nature. These transactions are cryptographically signed by your private key. Atilebarts has no power to modify or delete this data once written to the blockchain.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete personal data we may hold (excluding public blockchain data).
To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer via the General Secretariat channel.
